How It Works
01 Send a consignment request
Our team is looking for designer items from the last decade or high quality, rare vintage pieces. We require a minimum of five items valued at $150 or greater each. After you’ve decided on the items you’d like to consign, fill out our brief consignor’s form, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
02 Book your complimentary pickup
Once your consignment form is received, someone from our team will contact you regarding your items approval status and the terms of your consignment agreement. All US-based consignors will receive a complimentary FedEx shipping label via email to send your items and your completed agreement to our HQ. International consignors shipping costs will be priced on a case by case basis.
03 Let our team handle the listings
Upon receipt of your items our team will authenticate, professionally photograph, price and list your pieces on our website. Clothing and accessories will also be listed on our Grailed account, and art will be listed on Artsy.
04 Collect your commission
Everytime you sell an item, you get paid! Our team administers payouts every Friday via PayPal or bank wire for larger amounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much commission will I earn?
For items under $150, you take home a 60% commission. Items between $150 and $2499 pay out 70% of the selling price, and all items $2500 or more earn 80% commission.
How do you price items?
Our team researches data on similar products across various marketplaces, taking into account both completed transactions and live listings to determine the best market value and price.
How soon will I be paid after my item sells?
We administer payouts every Friday for items sold from the previous Friday to Thursday. If your items sell on a Friday, you will be paid the following Friday.
How can I check the status of my listed items?
Checking on your items is quick and easy. Simply enter your email address into the search box and you’ll be able to see all of your listings.
What happens if my item doesn’t pass authentication?
If the item you’re looking to consign arrives too damaged, dirty or does not pass authentication, it will be returned to you, and you will be charged a $40 return fee. You also have the option to donate any unwanted items and our team will take care of that on your behalf.
